Free Delivery to Patients and Staff, No minimum
Same day delivery: orders placed before 2pm, 7 days a week
Next day delivery: orders placed after 2pm, 7 days a week
Excludes STAT holidays and subject to change based on Volunteer availability and during busy holiday times, such as Christmas.

Free In-Store Pickup
- Pickup hours are: Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm, weekend 10am - 3pm.
- Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are usually ready for pick up the same day. Exception: orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be ready Monday morning.
- When you get here, please provide your order number.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $150 (Before tax)
Within Canada: via Canada Post - Standard Shipping. Exceptions apply to orders that are unusually large or heavy.
Orders Under $150
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
- Please note additional charges may apply to remote locations.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling charges that are incurred if a package is refused or returned because no one was able to accept it. Customers are also responsible for paying a reshipping fee if a shipping address is entered incorrectly.
- We are unable to support international shipping at this time.
